Everything was fantastic except the weather 4 days of rain. 😡

Very nice place, the food, location and the view is absolutely amazing, I totally recommend this hotel for your holidays!!

We arrived at the hotel as a family of 4. We had asked for rooms near to each other due to medical reasons. We were 4 rooms along from each other. (Not a disaster if the phones in the rooms worked but they did not. So no way of my daughters getting hold of me in an emergency) We spoke to the hotel about this and was advised that nothing could be done. The smell in the hotel is absolutely horrible, it’s stinks and never really goes. We were advised it was the seaweed. But this smelt like drains. The room was also covered in Drain Flys. Which was also horrible. Our room had two separate beds for me and my husband, we have never slept apart on holiday. The first night we had a shower in our room and the shower would not drain. We reported this. We spoke to our travel agent about our concerns, they spoke to the hotel and we were moved two nights later. The second room was still separate beds. The draws in our room was collapsed, we reported these twice and they were never repaired. The shower in my daughter’s new room would not drain properly. The shower in our room flooded the whole room going under the bed. All over some of our clothes and swimwear we had packed up from a day trip, they all ended up stinking The hotel repaired the shower and organised washing our damaged clothes. We can’t put our finger on the food we were so looking forward to Mexican food in Mexico. It’s just all ok and tasteless. Nothing is really nice or really good. Same with the A la Carte. The food wasn’t up to much at all. Nothing tasted brilliant. The fruit was the best thing about the buffet. No matter what potatos they cooked they were always raw in the middle. We ended up eating only at the snack bar which was better than the main food. The two restaurants you had to book were trying to be something they are not and they were both just basic. The Tapenyaki restaurant which you pay extra wasn’t up to much. We go to Tapenyaki a lot in the U.K. and they are highly skilled all the food is melt in your mouth. This was just tasteless and just ok. Drinks all taste like soap and the cups are so small. You can’t order a drink and relax, you’re up and down like a yoyo all day just to hydrate with basic things like water or coke. If you’re in the pool for too long they take your drinks away, even if they are not finished. The beds in the rooms are like rocks, they are so hard you end up with body aches. The Pillows all old - either too hard or stuffing all clumpy and distorted, which made them lumpy. The rooms have no luxuries at all. So so basic. Dirty bed sheets. Looked like human stains and the rooms are very dated. There was a mark on our bedroom door for the entire stay which looked like blood it was never cleaned. Duvet covers open at both ends. So when you move at night you end up with some horrible textured duvet substitutes on your skin which is rough and horrible. The mini fridge sounds like a rocket taking off and is loud all the time. My vacation was truly lovely. Kena was such a sweetheart, she made sure to include my sister and I in the bingo games with everyone. Kenneth, who is very nice, kept the atmosphere lively by playing music. And Boris was the life of the party, so welcoming and easy to approach. The bartender, Marco, was so nice to us and made us feel truly welcome.

The resort is beautiful and clean! The events are very fun, Kenneth, Boris and Kenia made sure we had a great time! Marco was the best bartender, always providing tasty drinks! I can’t wait to go back!

I stayed here one week with my adult daughter and we loved it! Beds are firm and comfortable, we had 6 (!) pillows, AC was good, blackout curtains and sound isolation were good, water pressure in the shower was good, cleaning was good…. No complaints. The pool and beach are fantastic, as well as food and staff. We had Premium all inclusive and enjoyed it a lot. I would recommend this hotel for families, couples and friend groups. I hope to return one day!
